The good to know stuff…

  • A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of any project.
  • The final 50% will be paid prior to the delivery of the final project.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Prices do not include additional project-specific costs, (ie. printing costs,  set up fees, stock photography, fonts, graphics or schedulers). All additional purchases will be approved by the client prior to purchasing.
  • Communication is vital to our relationship. Slow communication = slow turnaround.
  • Most importantly, it is imperative that I receive detailed feedback from you. I have no personal interest in your designs, it will not offend me if you like/don't like an element. The goal is to bring your vision to life!

Can I have access to the original design files?

Of course! For an additional charge, the original Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator files can be all yours!

Do I have to sign a contract?

For packages or contracts that total over a certain amount, I prefer to send over terms to ensure complete transparency.

Are deposits refundable?

To secure your slot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures my time is dedicated to you and only you during your project.

How do I pay?

I currently use PayPal for the majority of my clients. A 3% convenience fee is added on to the total. Alternative methods include bank transfers, Zelle & Venmo. Checks by mail are no longer accepted.

How much do revisions cost?

I want you to be 100% satisfied with the outcome of your project. That being said, immediate revisions are included in the pricing. For major refinements or delayed ie. 30-60 days later, they will be charged on a case by case basis.

What is your average hourly rate?

Dependent upon the type of design and the complexity of the elements, set up a consultation to learn more.
